After getting back from work late and realising my key no longer turned on my ignition I tried calling multiple locksmiths, all of whom palmed me off and either never called back or just ignored the phone. Then I found Rhys! I rang him on a Saturday morning, he called me straight back even though he was on holiday and talked me through the problem and managed to get my car working again temporarily so I could at least get it home. He then came out the Tuesday when he was back and diagnosed the problem completely, tried to source the part and although there wasn't any in the UK he found it on eBay for me. His software unfortunately couldn't code second hand parts but he put me on to a chap who can and it's now booked in. He truly goes above and beyond to help and I couldn't recommend him enough. His expertise and care are in my opinion unmatched and we could do with many more people like Rhys in the world.

He charged me the minimum price in the range he'd quoted, despite spending some time swapping in circuit boards he provided as the ones I'd purchased weren't working. Ive used Rhys a few times now over the years but more recently, he came out when I needed a new immobiliser chip. He wasnt able to sort it there and then but this is kind of what made it such a pleasant experience with him again. He was friendly and professional enough to help me try to sort my car out in other ways and came back at very short notice to get the job done. He had my car sorted within 10 minutes and even cut me a new key then and there in under 20. I've sinced messaged with a couple of 'blonde moments' and hes been so quick to help again.
