Contact through advice of my regular garage, quick response time, answered a few questions and gave me a clear idea of solution to try first, took all of 10mins to communicate between ourselves and a problem that was potentially going to cost me a lot sorted by me spending 15mins following his instruction. The company has also done work for my sister in the past and response time, honesty, truth on costing and repair was done brilliantly. Made contact with Rhys via email, within the hour he contacted me took all my vehicle details, come back really quick with a price. We agreed a date and time for him to come to me. Rhys arrived promptly on time, was very polite. He explained the process to me and the new key was done within 20mins! Incredible! To put things into context I have had another Auto locksmith out who had tried twice for at least an hour each time and failed to complete the process. On top of the speedy efficient service I received i happened to mention my other key was a bit hit and miss with unlocking. Rhys almost immediately diagnosed the problem and remedied the fault at no extra charge. If you are ever in the need of a fast, efficient and friendly service, backed up with a really good knowledgeable understanding of auto locks the look no further then this company. Then he sent additional text messages to let me know how close he was. Then I found my keys. Mortified, I rang him, knowing he was already on his way. He couldn't have been nicer and refused any payment to make up for his inconvenience. Prices and service incomparable. Everyone needs this man's number in their phones.
