Couldn't get keyless fob to open my Ford Focus this morning. Changed battery in the fob but alas to no avail! Got my breakdown company involved. Breakdown service company visited but could not resolve the issue. Spoke with my mechanic who advised me to contact Rhys. Phoned Rhys who immediately set up a home visit for this afternoon. I was kept fully updated on ETA. Rhys is extremely professional and has a fantastic knowledge of this profession which he is passionate about. I was fully educated on each step of the process needed to get my problem sorted. Within 10 minutes of his arrival the problem was identified as being a "lost communication with remote function activation ". Once identified Rhys was able to sort the issue immediately. Then today he got me out of a real muddle when my car wouldnt start, helping me with the chip for my car key fob, he spent ages on the phone with me, with such patience while I tried to explain what had happened, all at his own expense, for which I am so grateful for. After getting back from work late and realising my key no longer turned on my ignition I tried calling multiple locksmiths, all of whom palmed me off and either never called back or just ignored the phone. Then I found Rhys! I rang him on a Saturday morning, he called me straight back even though he was on holiday and talked me through the problem and managed to get my car working again temporarily so I could at least get it home. He then came out the Tuesday when he was back and diagnosed the problem completely, tried to source the part and although there wasn't any in the UK he found it on eBay for me. His software unfortunately couldn't code second hand parts but he put me on to a chap who can and it's now booked in. He truly goes above and beyond to help and I couldn't recommend him enough. His expertise and care are in my opinion unmatched and we could do with many more people like Rhys in the world.

You need look no further for an Auto locksmith. Rhys couldn't have been any better. He was efficient, clear, incredibly helpful and explained everything to me in as much detail as I needed. He went the extra mile to go to my car at the garage as I couldn't be there in person. He charged me the minimum price in the range he'd quoted, despite spending some time swapping in circuit boards he provided as the ones I'd purchased weren't working. This kind of superb service really gives you faith in small independent businesses. Thanks again Rhys. EDIT: I forgot to mention, he even sorted my issues a few hours earlier than expected as he had a cancellation and called me straight away to let me know - top man!

What a guy Rhys is. If youre here, look no further unless Rhys suggests you to because this ma really is the best East Anglia has to offer. Ive used Rhys a few times now over the years but more recently, he came out when I needed a new immobiliser chip. He wasnt able to sort it there and then but this is kind of what made it such a pleasant experience with him again. He was friendly and professional enough to help me try to sort my car out in other ways and came back at very short notice to get the job done. As and when I have any key needs, Rhys will always be my number 1 call. Trust me, hes worth it.

I recently had some work done on my van and was left with a locking issue, I didn't trust the garage to put right the issue they have caused so I looked up lock smiths and came across rhys auto locksmith and decided to drop a email and inform him my issue and he was very quick to reply and been out this morning to look at the issue, He was shocked to find a old key of mine had been taped to the steering system to allow the key to work, He has removed this and re coded a new one and sorted the issue and I'm very pleased with the outcome, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and he was very polite and friendly And the price was very reasonable, Thank you again rhys
